The darling buds of May
Lin, Yaya and their Ummi came to visit us in May 2005. Another important event for Sarah and Amar; That was the first time they meet each other. Lin's birthday is 1 June 2002, Yaya's on 25 May 2003. They are more or less the same age as Sarah. It was nice to see Sarah playing with children her age.
Both Lin and Yaya are very articulate and dextrous. They speak very fluently and sing beautifully and dance artistically and read like a bookworm and play and know how to amuse themselves and pass the time away.
One more thing, they are very curious little girls and love their endless 'why' question very much. Please be prepared with the answers when you meet them.

she can now recognise the words and able to 'read' all by herself!
tok ayah's effort paid off... multiple counts of reading to her (willing, forced and half-sleepy) must have gotten her to memorise and recognise the words.
