When the kids went out to play: The Finale
Around 7pm, I gave them their dinner, bathed them and got them ready for bed. I let them watch tv, while I prepared their milk. Sarah was already fast asleep when I came out with her cup of warm milk. She must be very,very tired!

DITH You are exactly right! So serene looking. When Sarah was younger, I used to like taking photos of her while she was sleeping. The only time she would stay perfectly still!!!
Now susah sikit nk ambil gambar amar tidur b4 creating any racket between Sarah (the photographer wanabe) and me.

mama sarah: My final portfolio and show will be on portraiture and editorials and I would love to shoot you and the family! i love to work with kids especially when the parents are around. Toddlers at that age are so full of expressions! and FYI, looks does not have any effect in photography..its how clever the photographer play with the light, angles and depth-of-field that makes a stunning image. So if you guys are up for it I'm more than happy to do it..satu je syarat dia..masa shoot nanti kena sporting la (e.g: kalu i nak you lari2 ke lompat2 ke baring2 ke guling2 ke kena buat la hehe) otherwise susahla skit kerja i hihihi. So amacam? still interested? we can arrange something and since I tahu you takkan turun london I'm willing to go to a place of your choice. Drop me a note if you guys are still interested. -TQ-

Pasal punjabi jiran you tu mmg I nak kalu buleh tapi the thing is at the moment I'm not that well equip for indoor shoot so I dont think I'm brave enuff to take the task as the main photographer (paid that is). Kalu setakat jadi 2nd photographer or amik2 mcm tu je without any obligation to deliver tu ok la kot. At least kalu gamba tak lawa org tak marah hihi..so kalu dia tak kisah, I teringin gak nak gi shoot wedding festival diaorg ni tapi not as the main photographer la. You tanya je la..kalu time tu I can make it and danial ada org nak babysit I ok je.
li as usual, i yg lebih2 bab posing memosing ni. tapi malu jugak seposen.
anyway, will ask the boss bila dia habis oncall nanti.

kalau ikut kan I - shoot belakang rumah i lah. ha ha ha. senang bila anak meragam, pergi dapur, buat susu, senyap.
kalau kat london tu, yang i risau turun naik tube - pastu sampai lokasi, baju dah compang camping. habis dah lawa!
(sounds like i'm forever giving excuses) tapi ini adalah kenyataan kalau nak bekerja dgn anak2 saya yang can be moody at times.

Secondly, I rasa weekend is the best for us, sebab min pun tak de cuti. bila nak pergi shooting (cewah) hila boleh ikut sekali or tinggal kat ruma hkita org.
Thirdly, I suggest
a)Stratford upon avon, or
b)Warwick Castle, or
c)Nottingham city. ada park cantik or castle
d)Warwick University compound
Fourthly; pakaian ada tajaan ke tuan director? apa tema pakaian?
Fifthly; Saya pun kalau boleh mengharapkan cuaca yang cerah. Supaya anak tak mandi dlm hujan.

I cadangkan semua pakai satu colour scheme and make sure colour bright like RED or Blue, biar ada contrast skit. nak senang bawak la dua set, buleh tukar2. Actaually Red and White pun nice..ikut you all la..Make-up artist pun kena cari sendiri..kalu Aunty De bermurah hati nak offer FOC make-up service pun ok gak..lepas tu buleh shoot outdoor portrait family aunty de sekali hahahha..(kalu photographer larat lagi and battery tak habis la hahaha)
Berapa frame?? I akan shoot sampai penuh memory card adala dekat 200 images kot tapi I'll give you gamba2 yg I rasa best je..I'll try my best to get more than 20 yg best-best. tapi insyaallah you akan dapat between 10-20 edited ready to print images on a CD. Pastu you print and frame la sendiri kat kedai or internet print lab..nak blow up sampai A3 size pun rasanye buleh kot..or kalu you nak print onto canvas pun buleh gak. I'm sure banyak kedai kat internet yg offer those kind of services. Location wise..rumah darcy yg aunty de suggest tu pun bunyi mcm best walaupun I tak penah pegi tapi make sure tempat tu ada padang yg agak luas with pokok2 besar yg berbunga2. Okla..looking forward to shooting you guys. Let's just hope the weather will be on our side :-D

2. ni colour scheme zaman artist dahulu kala. i pernah tengok saper lah nama mamat tu yg cute (ingat dah, nama dia Shah Reza) tu buat party semua artist pakai putih + merah only.
i minah black and brown. i'm not a colourful person. but i thought you said that doesn't matter. semuanya bergantung kepada photographer yang pandai?? heh heh
as usual, LI i hope you bawa bertenang, as approval is yet to be gained by the Boss.

p/s lagi: hila dah jadi belum masak lamb leg dia?
this is not about tiru si nang tu ke sapa ke, its just a fact that Red does make an image look more vibrant and interesting..but, its your choice..its just that I think brown will look dull on a green background. May I suggest that rather than black and brown make it black and white or even all white sbb dark colours like black/brown is not good in revealing detail of the dress unless I'm using flash which I dont have at the moment. Anyway, kalu you berdegil jugak nak black and brown its up to you la..nanti kalu gamba nampak dull jgn kata I tak pre-warn plak. I'll do my best on the photography part but colour does inter-relate with light you know..in fact I think white and green is better as well. Apa-apa pun, I hope you pilih la kaler2 yg terang skit ye.. hehehe

personally i like white on a mum. dont ask why. heehee.. tapi i sama la ngan mama sarah. black and brown are my favourite colours, uncle de pun asyik remark macam tu. how about:
white/cream/beige for mum and dad
pink for sarah
baby blue for amar
ataupun, u all pakai je apa yang u rasa nak pakai, tapi yang smart2 sikit la. nampak candid and bersahaja sikit, baru natural. and when ppl are comfortable they make better subjects to photgraph

Mama Sarah, semalam we all gi bbq perpisahan kawan kitaorg ni kat croydon (expat shell), sembang punya sembang ada 3 family plak interested so I guess its gonna be more than enuff kot 4 my final project nanti. In fact I might have to refuse one of them sbb dah tak cukup masa, in two weeks time dah nak kena finalise everything and diaorg ni plak siap nak bayar lagi..I pulak naik segan takut gamba tak jadi! hehehe plus they all mmg area London so senang skit la I nak travel, naik turun tube je and Hila takyah amik cuti jaga danial.
