A Journey To The West Coast
Long journeys are not my children's idea of fun. I prayed so hard that they would behave in the car on the way to visit nenek in Perak. Amar was relatively fine. Sarah.... I just remember, somehow we survived yet another long journey!
There were a few stops before we reached our destination. The last stopover was for fuel and solat. The photo above, Atuk holding Amar infront of a stall selling all sorts of toys! Sarah was asleep at that time, she would surely have enjoyed looking at the toys if she were up. Atuk bought a small pink spiky rubber ball for Amar.Since there were also some restaurants nearby, we have decided to have something to eat as well. Then Sarah woke up, and she saw the toys! Nanny was happy to take Sarah to the shop, while I went to the Surau.
The next thing I knew, Sarah was already riding this pink horse around the restaurant! And not just that, there were so many other toys that Nanny has bought for her too lying on the table. I didn't know what to say. I feel guilty that they were always buying things for Sarah and Amar. But don't you think that they know best at these things? I'm sure I'll be doing the same thing to my own grandchildren.

Alamak that pink horse tinggal rumah tok ayah. Izlin dan Ilya selalu tanya kenapa Sara tak bawa balik. Nanti kita pergi England kita bawakan ya?
Trying to catch up with some lost times.
