Kampung Halaman
We arrived at our destination, Bandar Di Raja around 9pm. It's a huge traditional Malay house. Sarah enjoyed running in the living room. May be because it was a big space to run around, and may be because of the sound she made when running on the plank flooring.
Also to Sarah's delight, there were loads of cicak! Atuk just couldn't help but to catch one for Sarah. Atuk, Uncle Afar and my dear husband came up with all sorts of inventions to catch one lizard. From a normal broom to an extended abnormal broom!
Then between the toxicologist and the engineer in the house, they created a home made lastik made of a handful of rubber bands. The doctor just screamed like a girl. (eleleh, just you watch yourself in the video!)
The photo above is a bedazzled cicak after being lastik right on the head.
I heard Nenek istighfar panjang. After having a few hours of sleep in the car and the excitement of catching a lizard, Sarah and Amar were wide awake again that night!
