Mother's Day Lunch
For lunch on this lovely day, my kind hubby let me sit back and relax while he made ... roast beef! yum ... it's a new recipe. Firstly, we browned the beef by coating the it in flour and then frying it first before putting it in the oven. The result was ... i'll let the pictures do the talking.
