Yet another memorable visit!

Recently, I came across the word 'Mode' more time than usual. Vigil mode, pause mode, malas mode, freedom mode and many more. I was on a specific mode myself over my long silence. I was on menantu-yang-baik mode. (haha menantu yang perasan)

Yes, my parents in-law came to visit on 30 June 2006. As usual, they brought along a lot of gifts for us especially for the children. It felt like hari raya once again!

The next day, we went to Stratford upon Avon. Please don't lecture me about not letting my in-laws rest that day. For some unexplainable reason, I think they were eager to visit Stratford upon Avon too.

It was the same day England played Portugal. The day was super sunny, the grass was dry and yellow(!) and the sky was blue.

It was a perfect weather for flowers especially roses (This one is for Shami!)

and nice weather to rekindle old memories, aye? (My favourite photo!)

and to strengthen the grandparents-children bonding,

and for bubbles

and definitely for slurpee and ice-creams!

Yet another memorable visit for all of us!

cannot report sbb bukan kecurian. i was too much into a book (Hasan le Gai Eaton's Islam and the Destiny of Man - highly recommended), that by the end of the 1-hr journey I could not remember where the last time i had it. x apa, dah ajal phone tu.

hehe, thenkiu for the twins picture! bila la nak gi lawat Azim pulak ni...

yus you all dah sampai stratford upon avon? kalau datang time spring-summer seronok!

nnydd tu panggil ajal ke? patutpun azim kata dia tak dapat contact baru ni. azim dah pindah, tau ke?

Yes, for 'ajal' in Arabic actually means 'the appointed time', in the context of anything seemingly bad. Death is 'an appointed time', likewise loss of property.

I know he is in Enniskillen, because he told me.
