hai berjalan lagi...black forest caje I pernah buat dulu .... abt 20 yrs ago jadi kot tapi skg oven pun kaput..malas nak buat lagi.You use optima flour..its all pre mixed for for the cake.

Nak komen entry kat bawah tu, nak remind you about middle child syndrome hehehe...selalunya anak no. 2 ni depa kalau lain tu mmg lain habis...and selalunya they will need more attention compared to others....kena bersabar lebih sikit hehehehe....it happened to my 2nd child...

mamasarah optima flour is specially made for black forest cake...flour,sugar and chocolate all mixed.See if I can remember where I bought it 20 yrs ago:)

20. Kak Elle I have googled "Optima Flour" - and found many sites about it. Mainly sites from Asia. Nanti I pergi cari dkt Tesco or Asda pulak kot2 ada terselit di celah2 plain flour and SRF?
